The A. Jaffe trademark engraved on the inside of each ring is our assurance of quality craftsmanship. Each piece has undergone stringent quality control inspection and is warranted against any imperfections in manufacturing. A. Jaffe rings are guaranteed to contain the specific precious metal content that is hallmarked inside the ring.
Our Diamond Quality
We guarantee that the diamonds set in each ring are expertly graded and matched by A. Jaffe diamond specialists according to specific quality standards for color, cut, and clarity. Only the top 1% of all the diamonds in the world qualifies to be set in an A. Jaffe mounting.
Warranty
The A. Jaffe warranty extends to the original purchaser, at retail, of an A. Jaffe ring and warranty period extends from the date of purchase for the lifetime of the original retail purchaser, as long as the original retail purchaser still owns the A. Jaffe ring.
A. Jaffe warrants that your A. Jaffe ring has no defects in workmanship or material, and will not sustain any damage associated with normal wear. During the warranty period, A. Jaffe, in its sole discretion, will either repair, replace with a ring of the same or similar style, or refund the purchase price, of any A.
