How the A.JAFFE Lifetime Upgrade Works

When you decide it is time for a new A.JAFFE ring, our Lifetime Upgrade makes the process simple:

Step 01

Visit an authorized A.JAFFE retailer

Bring your original A.JAFFE ring to a participating retail partner. Proof of purchase may be requested.

Step 02

Confirm eligibility

The retailer will verify that your ring is an original A.JAFFE piece and qualifies for the A.JAFFE Lifetime Upgrade.

Step 03

Choose your new A.JAFFE ring

Select a new A.JAFFE ring that is priced higher than your original ring.

Step 04

Apply your upgrade credit

Once approved, you will receive 70% of the original A.JAFFE ring's purchase price as credit toward your new ring.

Eligibility And Terms

70% credit toward the purchase of your new A.JAFFE ring, based on the original ring’s full purchase price.

The new ring must be a higher price than the original A.JAFFE ring.

Upgrades must stay within the same product category, for example engagement ring to engagement ring.

Only original A.JAFFE pieces are eligible for upgrade credit.

Rings not originally purchased from A.JAFFE or an authorized A.JAFFE retailer do not qualify for trade in or upgrade.
